Program Manager-North

Linn County

This position provides oversight for the Information and Referral, Options Counseling, and Access to Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs for the Northern portion of the District 7 Disability Access Point (DAP). The Program Manager also manages program staff, maintains compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and collaborates with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate equitable access to vital resources for individuals requiring disability services and their caregivers.

MAIN ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Oversees daily operations of the Information and Referral, Options Counseling, and service coordination that ensures access to Long Term Standards and Supports (LTSS)
  • Ensures programs meet established performance standards and goals
  • Monitors and evaluates program outcomes, recommending improvements as needed to enhance service delivery
  • Supervises service coordination staff, providing ongoing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Ensures program activities comply with applicable state, federal, and organizational standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, gerontology, healthcare administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in program management within Long-Term Services and Supports, healthcare, or human services.
  • Experience supervising staff, managing program budgets, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards is preferred.

SALARY:

  • Minimum: $65,627 | Midpoint: $77,959

SHIFT:                         

  • Monday – Friday | 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
