Family-run hardware store with 25 employees looking for a full-time shift manager. 

We are Edgewood Do It Best Hardware, located at the corner of Edgewood Road and Johnson Ave in Cedar Rapids, IA.  We have been in business for 48 years serving the community. 

Hours: 

• Hours include days, nights, and weekends. 
• We offer a consistent schedule and flexible work environment. 
• Average work week is around 40 to 45 hours a week and will be either hourly or salary. 

Duties include:

• opening/closing store
•  making deposits
•  supervising shift staff
•  assisting customers
• running stock

Requirements:

• Experience in general hardware/repairs and/or retail are preferred.  We will train the right candidate. 
• Customer service skills necessary.
