The Iowa County Health Department is currently seeking a Public Health Nurse to join our dedicated team. We provide in-home health services to County residents, focusing on promoting, maintaining, or restoring health and independence while minimizing the effects of illness or disability.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver professional nursing services in patients’ homes
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Educate and support patients and families
• Promote wellness and disease prevention in the community

Normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Starting wage: based on experience, $25-$30 LPN $30-$35 RN; mileage reimbursed $0.70/mile
