Located in SW Cedar Rapids, ACP, Inc. is a division of Welbilt, an Ali Group Company, and since 1969, has been
a leader in manufacturing and designing commercial high-speed and microwave ovens used in some of your
favorite restaurants. We are looking for additional team members to join our assembly and spot-welding teams!

 

Assembler:

• Perform paced, repetitive work in assembly operations by following standard work, assembly directives, and prints.
• You will inspect, assemble, and test commercial high-speed cooking products using various electrical, hydraulic and air operated hand tools and equipment.

 

Assembly Welder:

• Perform assembly related work within our fabrication department on our resistance/spot and projection weld equipment.
• Operate resistance/projection spot welders, including loading parts into the machine; engaging the machine and running the weld cycle; dressing, changing, spacing and adjusting welding tips; ensuring a high quality of weld by complying with standard work guidelines, process instructions and print specifications.

 

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent and a solid work history preferably in a manufacturing
  environment.
• Prior assembly line experience preferred but not required.
• Prior sheet metal fabrication experience is helpful but not required, as we are willing to train interested and motivated candidates.
