Lynch Dallas Legal is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys across transactional, litigation, and municipal practice areas. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of matters from start to finish, contributing directly to client outcomes and case progress.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, wills, trusts, and correspondence
- Support real estate transactions, title work, and estate planning/probate matters
- Assist with litigation and discovery, including preparing exhibits and summarizing materials
- Manage cases and transactions from intake through completion with minimal supervision
- Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties to move matters forward efficiently
- Track deadlines, maintain files, and ensure organization across all assigned work
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of paralegal or legal support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in estate planning, probate, or real estate is strongly preferred

Position Details
- Full-time, non-exempt
- Monday–Friday schedule (flexible between 7:30 AM–5:00 PM)
