We're looking for an experienced fundraiser who sees potential in those connections and knows how to turn it into action. Our new Development Manager will build on a strong foundation of community support, grow relationships with donors and corporate partners, and help shape the future of fundraising at Table to Table.

In this role, you'll:

• Develop and lead fundraising strategies that grow revenue and strengthen donor relationships.
• Cultivate major donors and corporate partners, including making direct funding requests.
• Identify new funding opportunities and manage grants, sponsorships, and fundraising campaigns.
• Use donor data to guide strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
• Supervise and collaborate with our Communications & Development Coordinator.
• Work closely with the Executive Director, Board, and community partners to expand support for our mission.

We're looking for someone with 5–7 years of fundraising experience, demonstrated success in donor cultivation and solicitation, strong writing and relationship-building skills, and experience leading a team.

Pay & Work Hours : $58,000-65,000 per year |This is a full-time, primarily in-office position in Iowa City, with some flexibility and occasional evenings, weekends, and local travel.
