Mount Vernon Middle School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Paraeducator to join our dynamic team of educators. This position provides a meaningful opportunity to make a direct impact on student learning and well-being in a supportive, student-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will assist with classroom instruction, provide one-on-one and small group support to students, and help create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Key responsibilities include reinforcing academic content, managing classroom behaviors, collaborating with teachers, and supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development. Building trusting and respectful relationships with students is a central component of this role.
