Our precision contract manufacturing facility is searching for an Account Manager who can uphold customer account objectives our company has created and oversee the customer accounts to ensure that all products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The Account Manager provides professional customer service and basic project management assistance to strategic customer accounts. In Tolerance Contract Manufacturing machines high precision customer parts for the aerospace, defense, and medical markets since 1947.  We are an AS9100 Rev. D and ISO 9001: 2018 certified facility.   

 

Role and Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer orders to ensure on time delivery 
• Coordinates customer inquires for assigned accounts leading up to and after order placement to provide a positive customer experience, primary contact is through email and phone.
• Works with outside vendors to ensure products will be returned in a timely manner
• Interact with multiple departments within the company to ensure the customer’s needs are met.
• Prepare weekly for production meeting

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years manufacturing or ACCOUNT MANAGER experience a plus

• ERP/EDI Experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision or collaboratively in a group.
• Flexibility based on plant production schedules.
• Comprehensive computer skills
• Ability to consistently manage multiple priorities and solve problems using critical thinking skills
• Basic Math skills
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing to customers and colleagues
• Blueprint reading experience a plus
