Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven, highly organized Project Manager who is passionate about taking ownership of projects and delivering outstanding results. In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead and oversee all aspects of project execution, from lead generation to final inspection, ensuring smooth and efficient flow through our sales and installation processes. Ensure projects stay on track, get completed on time, and provide unparalleled quality and service. 
• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and returning clients. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure exceptional customer service and seamless experiences.
• Blueprint Interpretation & Takeoffs: The Project Manager will be responsible for accurately reading and interpreting blueprints to assess project scope, ensuring precise material and labor takeoffs for efficient job execution.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular reports to senior leadership on project progress, financial metrics, challenges, and opportunities. Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure alignment on current and upcoming projects, highlight potential risks, and share successes.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction. Proactively implement solutions that drive business growth and improve project outcomes.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client or project-related issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on client relationships and operational execution.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage with clients, teams, and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and manage projects independently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field (such as business management or construction).
• Strong understanding of the sales pipeline and how it ties into project management.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting building blueprints.
• Strong aptitude for managing time, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized under pressure.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
