As a Fence Installer, you'll be part of a hardworking team that builds high-quality residential, commercial, and industrial fencing projects throughout the area. Every day brings a new job site, new challenges, and the satisfaction of seeing your work completed from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Install residential, commercial, and industrial fencing to company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Measure and lay out fence lines.
• Dig post holes, set posts in concrete, and install fence panels, gates, and hardware.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and other jobsite equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to follow directions.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.

Construction or fencing experience is a plus, but it's not required—we provide hands-on training for motivated individuals who are ready to build a career in the fencing industry.
