Hometown Restyling is a 100% employee-owned remodeling company serving Eastern Iowa. With a strong reputation, steady year-round work, and more than 850 Google reviews, we’re growing our Handyman Services division to better serve homeowners across the area. We’re looking for an experienced, well-rounded tradesperson who enjoys variety, solving
problems, and working directly with homeowners.

What You’ll Do
You’ll handle scheduled residential repairs, service work, and small improvement projects, including:

• Interior and exterior repairs
• Trim and finish carpentry
• Door and window adjustments
• Drywall and paint touch-ups
• Deck and siding repairs
• Minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting
• Punch-list and warranty work
• Small remodeling projects
• General homeowner service calls

This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally, and take pride in delivering quality work.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience across multiple areas of residential construction
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable using mobile apps and technology
• Ability to create and follow up on quotes through our CRM system
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
