Work Wanted provides a way for job seekers and employers to seek their ideal employment match without the stress of resumes and lengthy job postings. Simple. Fast. Free.
This job seeker tool is free for both candidates and employers in response to COVID-19 and its impact on Eastern Iowa’s job market. Let’s get into how you can use it!
Step 2: Post a Work Wanted Ad
Click the button from your dashboard to use the Work Wanted job seeker tool.
Step 3: Fill out the form
Fill out the form with your preferred job title, skills, and experience.
Step 4: Review your listing and submit
Preview your Work Wanted listing as you fill out the form.
Step 5: Add contact@corridorcareers to your email contacts
You will be emailed by us when an Employer invites you to apply. Your work wanted listing is live once approved and you will be sent an email from Corridor Careers when an Employer invites you to apply for a job that matches your skills.
How Employers can use Work Wanted
Step 1: Create an Employer Account
You can create an employer account for free. You’ll need your company information and your company email. You don’t have to be actively posting with Corridor Careers to use this tool.
Step 2: Search Work Wanted Ads
Employers can search Work Wanted ads by keyword to find the right fit candidate on Corridor Careers.
Employers invite candidates to apply for their job on Corridor Careers or another career site.
Step 3: Corridor Careers notifies the Job Seeker
Corridor Careers sends a message to the job seeker to encourage them to apply for your role. Once you invite the candidate, their Work Wanted ad shows an ‘Invited’ tag so you can keep track.
